We believe that people learn and grow in many ways. One of the most effective ways to learn is to learn from our peers. Often, our peers have taken an idea and done something extremely effective, and only slightly different than the way we do it (or might have done it). Our Roundtables offer the opportunity for peer learning, facilitated development opportunities, guest experts, and shared information from group assessments such as employee or wage surveys, etc.
